Tudung

Jadi memang design orang tua. Tudung pun pening jugak cari yang match. salah pilih memang nampak ketuaan lah saya. Hari ni kali pertama saya menggabungkan jubah dan tudung ni serta brooch besar kat tengah2 tu. Dulu condemn ape ke pelik letak situ kerongsang besar gedabak. Tapi bila cuba sendiri ok jugak rupanya. Hari ni 1st day pi ofis dengan stail begini. Masa mula2 tudung ni sampai kat receptionist, kak norli dia yang bagi cadangan buat gaya macam mana. Siap follow up lagi tanya dah beli belom kerongsang beso nak letak kat tengah tudung.huhu. Jadi hari ni bila dah mula pakai pegi kat dia mintak pandangan lagi..tak tau napa sy suka manja2 ngan dia.

Model iklan, cover majalah, juara 3 kali mr badan cantik, n many more. Just explore sendiri yup.

This is my cutting meal plan ever since i started to prepare myself for Mr ACT last December 2013 untill now (tp skng tgh bulking, so meal plan ni simpan tepi dlu)... As i mentioned before, i hav no clue counting calories so i rely on few basic principles:

1- Eat frequently as it will definitely boost metabolism

2- Have a high protein diet cz i dont want my muscle to shrink due to low carbs intake
3- Dont eliminate carbs totally to maintain d volume of d muscles

Again i must say, meal saya basic ja sama spt meal competitior2 yg lain... Yg buat berbeza kat part Herbalife ja & i must say it helps a lot ooo... Tu yg sejak saya amik Herbalife January 2011, xpnah langsung2 sy tak mix whey sy ngn shake Herbalife.
.

Sarapan shake f1 + f3, then amik normal meal. Lunch plak nasik berlauk or roti whole grain dengan peanut butter atau anything eat clean food then minum shake f1+ f3. Dinner pun camtu. untuk nak gain weight just keep on makanggg je!hihi

Bagi anda yang nak body lawo cam dia cepat2 mmg wajibla makan nutrisi Herbalife + workout. Nak lose weight cepat pun memang wajibla makan nutrisi Herbalife + workout jugak. Sebab, 80% is nutrition 20% workout is what makes your body perfect. Janganla workout gila2 then makan tak hengat. Makan pun kena pakai konsep eat clean. jangan takut sb bnyak sgat menu eat clean yg enak2 untuk dicuba. Malas2 pun n jimat masa; tiru macam sy. Ubi kayu/keledek, carrot, brokoli, telur ayam 2 biji REBUS sahaja. senang ke senang?  for anything else jangan segan silu pm wsapp call coach adilah ye? ada nombor kat tepi tu..

NRG is Back!!

Assalamualaikum wbt
Peace be upon u!

Finally...pengumuman yang ditunggu-tunggu!
Its back!! salah satu produk kesukaan saya dari herbalife nutrition..

Nama dia NRG Tea. Shortform for Natural Raw Guarana. kami juga memanggilnya sebagai energy tea. Saya tak suka minum nescaffe dan kopi, (sebab nanti sembelit; mata je celik tp rasa macam nak meletop badan) so nak elak mengantuk dan mempunyai otak yang segar; (bukan setakat mata)saya memilih NRG Tea. Terutamanya bila keadaan paling mengantuk yang rasa dah tak mampu sangat nak bukak mata; bancuh je ngan air suam nescaya segar bugar!

Doktor Kamarul; MD, salah seorang GET Team team Herbalife Shah Alam pernah bercerita beliau memandu kereta selepas habis pembedahan berbelas jam di hospital. Masa tu segalanya dah nampak berpinar-pinar. Just bancuh teh ni terus minda dan mata alert balik.

So grab it now!

Eat These Foods for a Flat Belly

DairyThis food group not only builds strong bones, it can help in the battle of the bulge. A recent study found that overweight premenopausal women who consumed a high-protein high-dairy diet (meaning six to seven servings of dairy per day, representing 15 percent of daily calories, with total protein making up 30 percent of daily calories) lost twice as much abdominal fat as those who followed a lower-protein low-dairy diet. Dairy's high levels of whey protein might prompt the release of appetite-suppressing hormones, researchers say. In addition, dairy is rich in vitamin D and calcium, which play important roles in fat metabolism, encouraging the body to burn more fat as a fuel source.
Put more dairy in your diet: Opt for 2 percent Greek yogurt (20 grams of protein; 150 calories)

'Good' Fats
Eating the right kind of fat can help you shrink your belly. Oils and other foods rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) boost the body's production of fat-fighting hormones. Consuming some fat helps satiety, too. Plus, there's a link between a diet rich in PUFAs and lower rates of belly fat and disease. Such fats lower "bad" (LDL) cholesterol while elevating "good" HDL, and they help maintain insulin levels.
Put more good fats in your diet: Opt for olive oil (119 calories per 1 Tbsp.), canola oil (124 calories per 1 Tbsp.), chopped walnuts (191 calories per 1/4 cup), sliced avocado (117 calories per 1/2 cup) and ground flaxsweed (75 calories per 2 Tbsp.)

Tea
Green tea might be a fat fighter. Subjects in a study who exercised and drank two or more cups per day lost about six times more belly fat than those who drank none. Catechins, compounds found in high amounts in green tea, might boost your ability to burn fat, researchers theorize.
Put more tea in your diet: Opt for unsweetened green tea, either iced or hot

Fiber
Soluble fiber, found in oats, apples, citrus fruits and other produce, can be effective in beating belly fat. Research suggests that for every 10 grams of soluble fiber you consume daily, your visceral fat (see "Belly Fat Basics," right) could go down 3.7 percent in five years. A high-fiber diet that includes both soluble and insoluble fibers (like those in nuts, beans, veggies and whole grains) helps maintain stable blood-sugar levels—which keeps your appetite in check. Are you 50 or younger? Aim for at least 25 grams of fiber daily.
Put more fiber in your diet: Opt for whole fruits (with the peel), vegetables, beans, nuts, oatmeal, popcorn, brown rice, whole-wheat bread and pasta

Seven Principles of Clean Eating

The latest buzz word among health-conscious consumers, “eating clean,” is a concept that stresses healthy, whole, unprocessed foods. And, although the phrase is relatively new, the principles of this plan are not.
The principles are based on current nutrition science and are similar to recommendations made by public health organizations. This sound approach to eating and living well maximizes your energy and optimizes your health, making it more than just a diet. It’s a lifestyle, with built-in flexibility, meaning it can be adapted to fit most any kind of routine.
"Clean Eating" dates back to the natural health food movement of the 1960s, which shunned processed foods for the sake of moral and societal values (rather than health and nutrition issues).  Eventually it landed in gyms, where it gained momentum among body builders and fitness models. Recently, however, it made the jump into mainstream America, rejuvenating and inspiring a new generation of healthy eaters.
With each move, the clean eating concept became more refined and developed.  Here are the seven core principles of today:
1. Choose whole, natural foods and seek to eliminate or minimize processed foods.
Processed foods are anything in a box, bag, can, or package, and although there are always a few exceptions to the rule (like a bag of fresh green beans), the majority of your foods should be fresh.
2. Choose unrefined over refined foods.
While it may not be possible all the times, you can up your intake of whole grains like brown rice, millet, amaranth, and quinoa. Beans and legumes are also important. Clean sugars include honey, maple syrup, and dehydrated sugar cane juice.
3. Include some protein, carbohydrate and fat at every meal.
Most of us typically do well with carbohydrates and fat, but we often lack protein, especially in the early part of the day, like at breakfast and lunch. Protein is an important muscle-builder, and it can also help curb your appetite. When eaten throughout the day, it keeps us feeling full longer. Be aware of the kinds of meals you put together and space out your protein.
4. Watch out for fat, salt, and sugar.
This is easier than you think, particularly if you’ve cut out processed foods, which are responsible for most of our excess calories and high levels of fat, sugar, and salt. Clean foods are usually naturally low in all of these ingredients.
5. Eat five to six small meals throughout the day.
This usually pans out into three main meals and two or three hefty snacks. Eating this way prevents you from skipping meals and overeating. It also keeps your blood sugar levels steady so energy doesn’t lag.
6. Don’t drink your calories.
High calorie drinks like specialty coffees and soft drinks, on average, tack on an extra 400 to 500 calories a day. Choose water first, or my personal favorite, unsweetened tea (any flavor). Other clean drinks: low-fat or skim milk and 100 percent fruit juice diluted with sparkling water.
7. Get moving.
Regular physical activity is a must for many reasons. Not only does it decrease fat, strengthen and build muscle, and help you burn more energy at rest, it keeps your heart, lungs, and bones healthy and strong.
